Using Worflux means you accept these terms

These terms are a contract between you and Worflux. If you do not agree with them, do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use means you accept the updated version.

What Worflux does

Worflux is an AI service that connects to your Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp channels and replies to your customers on your behalf, using the knowledge and instructions you provide.

Your account

You must give accurate information, keep your login secure, and confirm your email address. You are responsible for everything that happens through your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Worflux for anything illegal, misleading, abusive, or to send spam.
• Upload content you do not have the right to use.
• Try to break, reverse-engineer, or overload the service.
• Resell or rent access to Worflux without our permission.

You are responsible for the content you upload and for the messages your business sends and receives.

Plans, trial, and billing

Worflux offers paid plans and a free trial. The 7-day trial lets you try the service with limits (one agent, one workflow). When the trial or your paid plan ends, your account becomes read-only until you choose a plan.

Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the current period. Prices are shown before you pay and may change; any change to your plan is communicated in advance where reasonable.

The AI can be wrong

AI replies are generated by a model and may be inaccurate or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing replies and for how you use the service in your business. Worflux is not liable for the content of AI-generated replies.

Connected channels and third parties

When you connect Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, or Google, you must also follow their terms and policies. If a platform suspends or changes access, Worflux is not responsible for that. We rely on third-party providers for hosting, AI, and payments, and service may be affected by their availability.

Your content

You own the content you upload. You give Worflux permission to process it to provide the service, including sending relevant parts to our AI provider to generate replies. Worflux owns the service itself, including its software and branding.

The service is provided "as is"

We work hard to keep Worflux reliable, but we do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Where the law allows, the service is provided "as is" and "as available".

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Worflux is not liable for indirect or accidental losses, or for loss of profits, data, or customers arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.

Ending your account

You can close your account at any time. We can suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if your account stays unpaid, or to protect the service. Provisions that should naturally survive (such as liability and ownership) remain in effect after ending.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. For any question, contact support@worflux.app.
